Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a fully remote basis , with an established professional network of real estate agents, brokers, and property consultants currently based in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong connections within the UAE real estate market, particularly with international property professionals, including British, French, Spanish, Italian, and other European talent networks.

The successful candidate will work remotely, leveraging existing industry relationships, recruitment platforms, and targeted headhunting strategies to identify, engage, and recruit qualified real estate professionals in line with our client's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage an established network of UAE-based real estate agents, brokers, and property consultants to source qualified candidates.
• Identify and engage experienced real estate professionals, particularly within the European talent market.
• Conduct targeted headhunting and direct outreach through professional networks, referrals, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other relevant UAE markets.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' real estate experience, sales performance, market knowledge, and career expectations.
• Develop qualified candidate shortlists and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an active recruitment pipeline and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment in Real Estate within the UAE market.
• An existing, active network of UAE-based real estate agents and property consultants is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to directly approach and engage real estate professionals.
• Familiarity with European real estate talent pools, particularly British, French, Spanish, and Italian professionals, as specified by the client.
• Strong headhunting, networking, candidate engagement, and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE real estate market and recruitment environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Experience: Previous experience in recruitment coordination, Real Estate Experience is a must
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
