Recruitment Coordinator (Project-Based/Contractual)

About the role

UST is seeking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, schedule candidate interviews for multiple open positions across the organization, managing high-volume recruitment processes efficiently

• Monitor and assist in the completion of candidate onboarding requirements

• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment documentation

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company recruitment policies throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and create positive experiences

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative recruitment team

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in recruitment an advantage

• Amenable to work hybrid (Taguig office)
