Recruitment Coordinator(Project Based)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Success in this position requires a creative, out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail. You will play a key role in ensuring we attract and retain top talent to drive our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates using diverse methods to build a strong talent pipeline
• Review resumes, conduct screenings, and assess candidate fit
• Develop and post job descriptions aligned with position requirements
• Manage interviews, selection, and offer negotiations
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations
• Own and enhance the overall candidate experience
• Perform reference checks and facilitate a smooth offer process
• Oversee and streamline the onboarding and new hire experience
