Recruitment cum Admin Assistant

Responcibilities :

• Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare interview documents and maintain candidate records
• Follow up with candidates on interview status and onboarding
• Perform general office administrative duties (filing, data entry, documentation)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Assist with attendance tracking and leave records
• Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions
• Provide basic support for employee inquiries

Requirements :

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Familiarity with job portals or recruitment tools
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management
• Reliability and responsibility
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
