Recruitment Executive

Position Overview:

MFTECH GLOBAL (M) Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing company in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, providing procurement solutions for government projects. We value innovation, teamwork, and excellence. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to support our talent acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire the best talent to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.

• Develop job descriptions and post advertisements on various platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Assist in employer branding initiatives and job fair participation.

• Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and labor laws.

• Track recruitment metrics and prepare related reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.

• Experience in fast-paced or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
