Recruitment Executive

Key responsibilities

1. High-Volume Sourcing & Public Outreach

• Conduct active ground-up public outreach and recruitment drives at high-foot-traffic areas (e.g., community hubs, transport nodes, heartland areas) to engage potential job seekers.
• Represent the company at national and local job fairs, career workshops, and community placement events organized by WSG, NTUC, and e2i, among others.
• Manage high volumes of inbound calls and messaging inquiries generated from print, digital, and banner advertisements, converting prospects into scheduled interviews.

2. Candidate Selection & Onboarding

• Interview, assess, and select suitable candidates based on language capabilities, physical fitness, and site-specific operational requirements.
• Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring smooth documentation in compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
• Issue employment contracts and conduct initial company onboarding and safety briefings.

3. Contract Cessation & Internal Redeployment

• Serve as the key HR touchpoint for existing cleaning teams during site contract cessations.
• Proactively engage, counsel, and reassure affected workers, successfully managing internal transfers to other active operational sites across the island to maximize staff retention.
