About the Role

As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding.

You will work closely with the recruitment team and management to identify suitable candidates, conduct initial candidate assessments, maintain an active talent pipeline, and support recruitment campaigns and career events.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is comfortable speaking with candidates, and wants to develop strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, talent sourcing, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Post, monitor, and optimize job advertisements across major local recruitment portals and social media channels
• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus outreach, and other recruitment channels
• Review and screen incoming resumes based on role requirements
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to understand candidates' experience, career interests, and suitability
• Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and directors
• Maintain and regularly update candidate records and recruitment databases
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain a positive candidate experience
• Track recruitment activities, candidate progress, interview outcomes, and hiring metrics
• Assist in organizing career preview sessions, recruitment drives, campus recruitment activities, and other talent acquisition events
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements
• Support the onboarding process for successful candidates
• Work with the recruitment team to develop and improve sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns
• Participate in recruitment planning meetings and contribute ideas to improve candidate attraction and conversion

About You

• Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in any field
• Candidates from Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related disciplines are welcome
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and in person
• Good listening and questioning skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple candidates and recruitment processes simultaneously
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards recruitment targets
• Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
• Prior recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory
