Recruitment Executive

OTS and its job platform Publish Jobs help employers across Pakistan find and hire the right people. We are launching a dedicated Private Sector Recruitment team, and this is a chance to join at the start, help shape how it works, and grow with it.

The role

Deliver recruitment for our employer clients from brief to hire. You'll confirm exactly what each employer needs, find and screen the right candidates, and send short, strong shortlists quickly. Every successful hire adds to your pay.

What you'll do

• Take vacancy briefs from employers and confirm requirements, salary and deadlines
• Post vacancies on Publish Jobs and other approved channels
• Source candidates from our database, applications, LinkedIn and referrals
• Screen CVs and run phone screens; send a shortlist of 3–5 strong candidates within 24–72 hours
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and joining
• Manage 3–5 active vacancies at a time and update their status daily

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent-acquisition experience
• Strong CV screening and phone-screening skills
• Clear, professional communication with employers and candidates
• Able to manage several vacancies and deadlines at once
• Understanding of the Pakistani job market
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in HR or business

Pay: Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
