We’re looking for a dynamic & target-driven IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Pune.
What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
• Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals & databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Handle salary negotiations and support offer rollouts
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers & talent pipelines
• Work towards assigned hiring targets and deadlines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–2 years of IT and/or Non-IT recruitment experience
• Proven experience in successfully closing positions
• Strong sourcing, screening & candidate engagement skills
• Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn & Indeed
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools

Pay: ₹10,784.31 - ₹20,249.14 per month
