Recruitment Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
• Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and coordinate logistics with hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview results and ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in BPO hiring or international voice process/tele calling/telesales industry.
• Strong convincing power over phone conversations; excellent communication skills in spoken English.
• Proficiency in outbound calling, sales process, voice processing, and telesales techniques.
