Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Faridabad
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closures as per hiring requirements.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Good sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
• Recruitment agency/staffing experience preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
