Recruitment Executive

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening and interview coordination.
• Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability based on the job requirements.
• Liaise with candidates and hiring manager to coordinate interviews, gather feedback and follow up on hiring progress.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future recruitment needs.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Resourceful in sourcing candidates and identifying suitable talent.
• Able to multitask, work independently and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
