Recruitment Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-ups.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

• Ensure regular follow-ups and a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Excellent English communication and convincing skills.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Strong sourcing, coordination, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

• Prior experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
