Job Description

ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Recruitment Executives (Telecalling) to join our recruitment team in Dehradun.

This is an HR Recruitment role and not a sales process. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with candidates, explaining job opportunities, conducting initial screening, following up with candidates and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100–200 outbound calls to prospective candidates on a daily basis.

• Explain available job opportunities and relevant details to candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screening through calls.

• Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate the next steps.

• Assist candidates during the onboarding process.

• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team.

• Achieve daily recruitment targets.

• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.

• Prepare and update basic recruitment reports.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication will be an added advantage.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and daily recruitment targets.

• Candidates should be comfortable working from office in Dehradun.

Compensation

• Probation Period: 2 Months

• During Probation: ₹8,000 per month (In-Hand)

• After Successful Completion of Probation: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month (In-Hand)

• Additional: Performance-based incentives
