• Support senior management administratively by coordinating projects, preparing reports, and organizing team activities.
• Help with employee onboarding and HR tasks to keep the team running smoothly.
• Keep clients informed about active hiring processes.
• Work with senior leadership on business operations, supporting employee relations and team development.
• Grow into a leadership role over time, helping manage and develop team members as the company expands.

Qualifications:

• Proven recruitment experience (required).
• Remote work experience (required).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work smoothly across teams and with external candidates.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with administrative tools, Google Sheets, and Canva.
• A fast learner who adapts well to a fast-paced environment.
