RECRUITMENT HEAD

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Head – Visayas Operations leads regional talent acquisition strategy, driving end-to-end recruitment across all sites in the Visayas region

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with company growth plans and business objectives.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of recruiters, sourcers, and recruitment coordinators.
• Collaborate with executives and department heads to forecast manpower needs and understand specific role requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement process improvements or recruitment automation tools to enhance efficiency.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire to evaluate team performance.
• Build and promote the company’s employer brand through social media, job fairs, and networking events to attract top-tier talent.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal hiring policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and professional sourcing platforms.
• Strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, excellent negotiation skills, and exceptional stakeholder management.
