About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Head to join Blue Collar Manpower Services in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial strategic role in shaping and leading our recruitment operations within the hospitality and tourism sector. As Recruitment Head, you will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, workforce planning and recruitment strategy to support the growth and success of our manpower services business. This role is instrumental in ensuring we attract, evaluate and place the highest calibre candidates to meet the evolving needs of our clients across the hospitality and tourism industry.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives and client requirements within the hospitality and tourism sector
• Leading and managing the recruitment team, providing direction, coaching and performance management to ensure targets are met and excellence is maintained
• Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and placement of candidates
• Establishing partnerships with hospitality and tourism organisations to understand their staffing needs and maintain strong business relationships
• Identifying and cultivating talent pools and recruitment channels specific to hospitality and tourism roles
• Monitoring recruitment metrics, reporting on key performance indicators and continuously optimising recruitment processes
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations and best practices in recruitment and workforce management
• Developing job descriptions, recruitment plans and candidate evaluation criteria for various hospitality and tourism positions
• Managing recruitment budgets and resource allocation effectively
• Collaborating with senior management on workforce planning and long-term talent acquisition strategies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment leadership or senior recruitment roles, preferably within hospitality, tourism or related service industries
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruitment teams
• Strong knowledge of hospitality and tourism industry dynamics, roles and recruitment challenges
• Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law and compliance requirements in the Philippines
• Advanced proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems and HR information management platforms
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective recruitment strategies that drive business growth and meet client expectations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organisational levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in talent acquisition, employer branding and workforce planning is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
