Recruitment Head

About the role

Responsible for leading the company's recruitment operations, ensuring timely hiring of qualified employees for service stations, head office, and other business units. Oversees the recruitment team, manpower planning, sourcing, applicant screening, and hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Recruitment team and daily recruitment activities.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations and department heads regarding staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and selection of candidates.
• Ensure timely filling of manpower requirements, especially for critical station positions.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, applicant status, and hiring turnaround time.
• Conduct or oversee interviews for supervisory, managerial, and critical positions.
• Build and maintain applicant pools for station and corporate positions.
• Manage relationships with manpower agencies and recruitment partners.
• Ensure proper completion and documentation of pre-employment requirements and background checks.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in retail, petroleum, logistics, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, selection, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
• Willing to handle urgent and high-volume manpower requirements.
