Recruitment Intern

About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team in attracting and hiring talented people across our hotels, hostels, and corporate operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate communication, job posting, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with posting job vacancies on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Source and identify potential candidates through online platforms and recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and applications based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates to arrange interviews and provide recruitment updates.
• Assist with scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment/ATS system.
• Support the preparation of recruitment reports and hiring updates.
• Assist with reference checks and pre-employment documentation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding recruitment requirements and candidate progress.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and other employer branding activities.

About you

• Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Good command of English.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.
