Recruitment Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other recruitment platforms.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who meet job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in posting job vacancies across recruitment channels.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and campus activities.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Assist with employer branding and social media recruitment activities.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or organizational experience is an advantage.
