Recruitment Intern

Job summary

We are looking for a Recruiter Intern who is eager to learn and build practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The intern will support the recruitment team across candidate sourcing, screening, outreach, interview coordination, and recruitment administration.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other platforms.
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and outreach.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare job postings and recruitment materials.
• Assist with candidate follow-ups and recruitment documentation.
• Support the recruitment team with day-to-day talent acquisition activities.
• Research potential candidates and build talent pipelines.

Requirements:

• Graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Good research and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
