HR Recruitment Intern

Job Description:

• Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and other recruitment platforms.
• Source and identify potential candidates based on job requirements.
• Screen resumes and applications based on qualifications and position requirements.
• Assist in conducting initial phone or online interviews as assigned.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, application updates, and other recruitment-related concerns.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment databases, and applicant records.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and other HR documentation.
• Support pre-employment and pre-onboarding activities, including monitoring and collecting requirements from candidates.
• Assist the recruitment team in maintaining an organized and updated candidate pipeline.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Recruitment Team.
• Perform other recruitment-related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Able to work onsite and commit to the required internship schedule.
• Can work independently while also being a team player.

Location: BGC, Taguig (full-time onsite)

Duration: At least 300 hours / 4 months

Eligibility: Open to both academic and voluntary interns
