Recruitment Intern

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Interns to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities, experience, skills, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team or clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist recruiters in handling multiple IT requirements, including niche technology roles.
• Ensure timely submission of relevant candidate profiles to the recruitment team.
• Support day-to-day recruitment activities and other HR-related tasks as required.
