We are looking for a sharp, confident Recruitment Intern to join our hiring team. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, screening them, judging their quality, and lining up the best ones for the next round. If you communicate well, think critically, and enjoy working with people, this is a great way to build a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Call 50-60 candidates daily to screen and assess their profiles
• Evaluate candidate quality, communication, and role fit
• Shortlist and line up 8-10 finalized candidates for further rounds
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams on schedules and follow-ups
• Handle backend and administrative recruitment tasks as assigned (data entry, tracking, updating sheets, etc.)

Requirements

• Graduation completed (any stream)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sharp judgment, with the ability to assess candidate quality quickly
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and being on camera for video calls
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Own laptop, stable Wi-Fi, and a headset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
