Recruitment Intern / HR Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern / HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong interest in human resources.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining records.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct research on potential candidates and industries to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
