Recruitment Intern (Paid - Internship)

Key responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, JobStreet, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing.

• Screen and assess candidates' CVs and profiles to identify suitable talent based on specific job requirements.

• Assist consultants in providing market insights, including salary benchmarks, talent availability, and current hiring trends.

• Conduct basic market mapping and talent research to identify potential candidates across relevant industries and companies.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines to support ongoing and future recruitment assignments.

About you

• Final-year university students or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or any related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the executive search industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and assess potential candidates.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple assignments.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about different industries, job functions, and talent markets.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, JobStreet, or other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
