Recruitment Internship

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in posting job vacancies across various recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-up communications.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology or a related field.
• Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship period.
• Prior internship or organizational experience is a plus.
