About the Role

Are you looking to kickstart an exciting career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment? We are looking for an enthusiastic, quick-learning Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive, hands-on training covering end-to-end recruitment—from candidate sourcing to interview management across both tech and non-tech industries globally.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Training: Learn and execute full-lifecycle recruitment processes under direct mentorship, covering diverse local and international talent markets.
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize cutting-edge recruitment software, AI tools, and social platforms (including LinkedIn) to source, map, and engage top talent for tech, non-tech, and executive roles.
• Candidate Screening & Engagement: Review resumes, conduct preliminary candidate screenings, assess skill fits, and schedule interviews.
• Communication & Coordination: Maintain prompt, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Market & Industry Research: Gain deep domain knowledge by researching talent trends across different sectors, including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Automotive, FMCG, and international trades.

Requirements

• Academic Background: Currently following a degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related discipline. (Enthusiastic applicants from other fields with a strong passion for recruitment are also welcome to apply!)
• Learning Agility: A quick learner with high enthusiasm, strong initiative, and a drive to excel under guided mentorship.
• Technical Hardware: Must own a personal laptop and have access to a reliable internet connection.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional fluency in Sinhala or Tamil is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset suitable for a remote work setup.
