Recruitment (Internship)(Shopee)

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for potential candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates for open roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate data in our recruitment system.

Qualifications:

• 3rd or 4th-year university student in any fields or graduated student
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (confident in making phone calls/emails).
• Eager to learn, energetic, proactive, and a great team player.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Able to intern for a minimum of 3–4 months.
