Recruitment Manager

Overview of the Role: Oversees the entire recruitment process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, define KPIs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create accurate job descriptions, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Lead sourcing through multiple channels, oversee resume screening, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate coaching and engagement.
• Manage offers, negotiate packages, maintain agency relationships, ensure compliance with employment laws, and update ATS daily with the team.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, present scorecards and recruitment.
• Will handle 7-8 FTE's.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
