About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our growing team at our Metro Manila location on a full-time basis. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment initiatives and building high-performing teams within our call centre and customer service operations. As Recruitment Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring we attract, select, and retain the best talent to support our business growth and deliver outstanding service to our healthcare clients. This position requires a hands-on approach combined with strategic oversight of our recruitment function.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and plans to meet staffing requirements across call centre and customer service departments
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes
• Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, competency requirements, and business objectives
• Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and talent pools to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, cultural fit, and technical competencies
• Preparing and presenting recruitment reports, analytics, and insights to senior management
• Overseeing onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees
• Managing recruitment budgets and ensuring cost-effective hiring practices
• Staying current with recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends in the Philippines
• Supporting the development of recruitment policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a call centre, customer service, or business process outsourcing environment
• Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR technology platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in using data to drive recruitment decisions
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the Philippines
• Experience with recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
• Preferred: Experience recruiting for multilingual or technical customer service roles
• Preferred: Background in healthcare or healthcare business process outsourcing
• Can start ASAP and willing to work full time - onsite
