Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities :

• Conduct client/candidate search and selection process through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, etc.
• Participate in full recruitment process from understanding the clients' needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates, scheduling of interviews, documents preparation and application.
• Act as an advisor to mediate misunderstandings about chores, communication styles, or cultural differences to clients/candidates within the process.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates
• Achieve sales target by increasing sales revenue from existing clients as well as business opportunities from new potential clients
• Maintain the candidate database

Requirements

• At least 1 year solid experience in the domestic helper employment agency
• Business Development and Sales experience would be an advantage
• Mature, Independent, Extroverted personality, well-organized and excellent communication and negotiation skills, highly self-motivated, attentive to details and a strong team player
• Willing to work under pressure, fast-learner, energetic, resourceful
• Good command of written and spoken English
