RECRUITMENT MANAGER

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Recruitment Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead hiring across all levels, from frontline crew to senior management. This role will play a key part in building strong teams and supporting business growth across our restaurant operations and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels and functions, from frontline to management positions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for mass hiring, business expansion, and leadership-level recruitment.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, and offer management.
• Ensure recruitment targets and hiring timelines are consistently achieved.

2. Talent Acquisition & Networking

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with job portals, hospitality schools, universities, vocational training centers (BLK), and F&B talent communities.
• Build talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and fast-moving positions.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.

3. Interviewing & Assessment

• Conduct competency-based interviews across all levels, including supervisory and managerial positions.
• Develop and improve assessment tools, interview guides, scoring sheets, and selection guidelines.
• Ensure consistent and objective candidate evaluation throughout the recruitment process.

4. Manpower Planning & Coordination

• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Department Heads to understand and plan manpower requirements across branches and corporate functions.
• Coordinate recruitment priorities based on business needs, hiring targets, and timelines.

5. Recruitment Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and provide insights to Management.
• Monitor recruitment performance, hiring progress, and talent pipeline status.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels and functions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Recruitment Manager or equivalent leadership position.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an F&B/Restaurant company, preferably within a multi-brand restaurant group.
• Proven experience managing mass hiring and high-volume recruitment for frontline positions, as well as supervisory, managerial, and corporate roles.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment targets and hiring pipelines across multiple restaurant locations and corporate functions.
• Strong competency-based interviewing, candidate assessment, sourcing, and recruitment strategy skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• AI & Recruitment Technology: Proficient in using Generative AI and recruitment technology to improve sourcing, screening, interviewing, reporting, and overall hiring efficiency.
