The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading GSM's end-to-end talent acquisition function, ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and onboards high-quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role designs recruitment strategies, manages a team of recruiters, partners closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, and builds a strong employer brand to support GSM's long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding — for key and senior positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, employee referrals, campus engagement, and agency partnerships.
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other external talent sources.
- Champion GSM's employer brand across career sites, social media, and job fairs to attract top talent.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, offer-acceptance rate) to leadership.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) standards.
- Manage the recruitment budget, including agency fees, job advertising spend, and recruitment events.
- Continuously benchmark GSM's compensation and hiring practices against market standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5–8+ years of progressive recruitment/talent acquisition experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team-lead capacity.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, including senior and specialized positions.
- Strong understanding of labor law, employment regulations, and recruitment compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading a recruitment team.

- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative skills to influence hiring managers and leadership.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and present actionable insights.
