Recruitment Manager

About The Role Join us as in Robert Walters as a Recruitment Leader and you'll help us set the standards for everything. You'll head up our recruitment desk across both permanent and temporary roles, driving everyone who works here to deliver a service we can all be proud of.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment activities across relevant channels and systems.
• Support candidate screening, assessment, and initial interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on candidate feedback and selection decisions.
• Support offer management and provide relevant compensation and market insights.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and other business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
• Oversee the management of unsolicited applications.
• Support employment status transitions where applicable.
• Assist with commercial discussions and agreement negotiations.
• Coordinate recruitment briefings with relevant stakeholders.
• Explore opportunities to engage with new service providers.
• Support performance reviews, objective setting, and reward-related processes.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations and administrative matters.
• Encourage team development and continuous professional growth.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across relevant systems.

Who You Are

• Demonstrates leadership capabilities and experience overseeing team operations.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Has experience preparing reports and delivering presentations.
• Familiarity with local market recruitment practices is preferred.
• Experienced in managing multiple recruitment requirements and priorities.
• Exposure to campus recruitment is an advantage.
