RECRUITMENT MANAGER

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a corporate setting.

With experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Experienced in handling multiple job vacancies across different departments and branches nationwide.

Knowledgeable in recruitment strategies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and various job posting platforms.

Experienced in coordinating with department heads and hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.

Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to meet recruitment targets, manage hiring timelines, and ensure the timely filling of vacancies.

Preferably with experience in team leadership, recruitment planning, and monitoring recruitment performance.
