WE’RE LOOKING FOR A RECRUITMENT MANAGER!!!
Location:
25th Floor, Glaston Tower, Ortigas East, Pasig City
Walk-in Application Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a corporate setting.
- With experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Experienced in handling multiple job vacancies across different departments and branches nationwide.
- Knowledgeable in recruitment strategies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and various job posting platforms.
- Experienced in coordinating with department heads and hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to meet recruitment targets, manage hiring timelines, and ensure the timely filling of vacancies.
- Preferably with experience in team leadership, recruitment planning, and monitoring recruitment performance
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
