Recruitment Manager

About the Job

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our team of consultants, grow the business and make sure our hiring work is done properly and fairly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of consultants and officers

• Set team targets, track results and review pipelines regularly

• Bring in new business and look after key clients

• Set up team processes, training and service standards

• Make sure the team follows MOM and employment agency rules

• Report team results and market updates to management

Requirements

• Local Diploma or Degree, any discipline

• At least 7 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years managing a team

• Track record of winning new business and growing revenue

• Good knowledge of the Employment Agencies Act, MOM requirements and TAFEP guidelines

• Valid EA Personnel registration preferred

• Experience coaching and leading a sales team
