Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, social media, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interview rounds.
• Coordinate with the Principal, HODs, and management on hiring requirements.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring status.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or a relevant degree.
• 3 + years of recruitment experience preferred.
• School or educational institution recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of job portals, bulk hiring, and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
