Are you a seasoned recruitment leader with a strong track record in driving revenue and scaling teams across European and Middle Eastern markets? We are looking for a Recruitment Manager – EMEA to lead our offshore delivery operations out of Chennai!

📍 Location: Chennai (On-site)

🌍 Target Geography: UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)

⏰ Work Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST (EMEA Hours)

💼 Experience: 8–12 Years (With 4+ years in EMEA markets)

🎯 About the Role

In this high-impact position, you will own regional revenue/billing targets, manage senior international client relationships, and lead a high-performing recruitment delivery squad.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Own and deliver quarterly regional revenue targets; identify cross-selling and account expansion opportunities across EMEA client accounts.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary talent advisor to overseas hiring heads, leading QBRs, SLA reviews, and strategic talent mapping.
• Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage a 3–4 person delivery squad; drive per-desk billing productivity, submission quality, and KPIs.
• Mandate Delivery: Steer end-to-end recruitment for critical EMEA mandates while ensuring strict compliance with local labor norms and GDPR standards.

💼 What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 8–12 years in full-lifecycle recruitment, with at least 4+ years dedicated to EMEA markets (Agency, Staffing, or RPO background preferred).
• Commercial Drive: Demonstrated track record of carrying and achieving revenue, billing, or placement targets.
• People Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading and coaching direct reports.
• Regional Nuance: Solid grasp of European notice periods, GCC visa regulations, and EMEA compensation structures.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills tailored for senior European and Middle Eastern stakeholders.
