• Coach and mentor Team Leaders and Recruiters to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely closures.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, improve processes, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth.

Requirements

• 8-13 years of experience in the Recruitment & Staffing industry.
• Proven experience in leading large recruitment teams and managing client delivery.
• Strong expertise in volume hiring, lateral hiring, and people management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
