Recruitment Marketing Associate (PROJECT BASED)

Key responsibilities

• Support in developing and executing advertising campaigns across various channels
• Support the management of brand partnerships, including coordinating with partners and tracking deliverables
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with academic institutions to promote VXI's job openings and employment opportunities for students and alumni
• Develop and implement collaborative programs and initiatives such as career talks, career fairs, internship programs, and outreach efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency
• Initiate event planning and execution related to university engagement and brand promotions
• Maintain organized records of advertising, brand partnerships and university partnerships assets

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Marketing
• Background in advertising, brand partnerships, and university relations is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proactive attitude with strong networking skills and the ability to represent VXI effectively at external events
