What they need
HR Recruitment Officer
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ดำเนินการสรรหาพนักงาน ทุก Function ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบกระบวนการ
- เน้นสรรหาตำแหน่งสาย Service / Customer Service / Sales / Operation / Customer-facing
- จัดทำและลงประกาศงานผ่าน Job Boards, Social Media และช่องทาง Recruitment ต่าง ๆ
- คัดกรอง Resume และสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครเบื้องต้น
- ประสานงานนัดหมายสัมภาษณ์กับ Hiring Manager และผู้สมัคร
- ดูแล Candidate Pipeline และติดตามสถานะผู้สมัครในแต่ละขั้นตอน
- จัดทำรายงานและสรุปผล Recruitment เช่น จำนวนผู้สมัคร, Interview และ Hiring
- ประสานงานเรื่อง Offer, เอกสารก่อนเริ่มงาน และ Onboarding
- ร่วมพัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการสรรหาให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
- สนับสนุนงาน HR อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา HR, บริหารธุรกิจ, จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Recruitment / Talent Acquisition จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์สรรหาพนักงานสาย Service, Customer Service, Sales หรือ Operation จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการคัดกรองผู้สมัครและสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานหลายตำแหน่งพร้อมกันและบริหารเวลาได้ดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้น คล่องตัว และติดตามงานได้ดี
- ใช้ Google Workspace, Canva และ AI Tools ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ ATS / Recruitment Platform จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มี Mindset ด้าน Service และ Customer Experience และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
