RECRUITMENT OFFICER

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help attract, hire, and onboard qualified candidates for our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
• Maintain applicant records and recruitment reports
• Conduct reference checks and process pre-employment requirements
• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements
• Visit wet/public markets as required for recruitment activities and manpower sourcing initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• At least 1–3 years of relevant recruitment or HR experience
• Experience in volume hiring is an advantage
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Can work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to visit wet/public markets as required for recruitment activities
