About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources & Admin team at Prowater Technologies Inc. in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in building and strengthening our workforce. As Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent to support our company's growth and success. This role is integral to ensuring that Prowater Technologies continues to recruit individuals who align with our values and possess the skills necessary to drive our business forward.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
• Conduct initial telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for the organization
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job posting, candidate communication, and scheduling
• Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and candidate databases using applicant tracking systems
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Post job vacancies on internal and external platforms to maximize candidate reach
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from application to onboarding
• Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment processes and best practices

JOB QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in recruitment or a similar human resources function, ideally within an internal recruitment setting
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software platforms
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing candidate information and recruitment documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues across different departments
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment priorities
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements in the Philippines is advantageous
