Recruitment Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to support the company's end-to-end recruitment activities and help ensure the timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

The role will primarily focus on candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, applicant monitoring, and recruitment administration.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment events, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct job fair/ caravan and post job advertisements.
• Screen applications based on the required qualifications and job requirements.
• Conduct cold calls.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor and update the recruitment tracker, applicant database, and hiring status.
• Assist in the preparation and issuance of job offers and the collection of pre-employment requirements.
• Support the onboarding and orientation process of newly hired employees.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future manpower requirements.
• Assist in high-volume and mass-hiring activities, job fairs, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and organized filing and documentation of recruitment records.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, applicant status, and manpower fulfillment.
• Perform other recruitment and HR-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong recruitment-related experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
• Can start a week after accepting the job offer.

Job Type and Work Arrangement

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Location: Quezon City
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - onsite 10AM-7PM; TTHS: WFH 10AM-4PM

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
