Recruitment Officer

• Source candidates via job portals, social media and referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct interviews

• Coordinate onboarding for new consultants

• Maintain candidate pipeline and database

• Work with team leader to meet hiring targets

• Represent the team at recruitment events and job fairs

Job Requirements

• Comfortable sourcing via LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and job portals

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• Confident conducting interviews and assessing candidates

• Incentives awarded based on successful hires
