About the role

As a Recruitment Officer at Cobra International Co., Ltd.', you will play a crucial role in sourcing and selecting top talent to join our growing team in Chonburi. This full-time position is responsible for executing the company's recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and hire the best-fit candidates to support our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates
2. Screening and evaluating applications to identify the most suitable candidates
3. Conducting interviews and assessments to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
4. Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires
5. Maintaining accurate records of the recruitment process
6. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
7. Providing HR support and guidance to the business as needed

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably within the same industry
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
4. Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using various methods
5. Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
6. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
7. Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations
8. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
