Recruitment Officer

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Knowledgeable in recruitment processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills
• Able to evaluate applicants based on qualifications and job requirements
• Proficient in recruitment/job-search platforms
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in less supervision

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and post job vacancies through recruitment channels
• Review and screen applications résumés
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against job requirements
• Conduct reference and background checks
• Prepare and maintain recruitment records, applicant databases, and reports
• Communicate with applicants regarding interview schedules, application status, and other recruitment matters
• Prepare job offers and employment documentation
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding process
• Pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies
• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Attend job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities when necessary
• Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies and applicable employment regulation
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
