Recruitment Officer (Outsourced Contract)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to support recruitment operations within a dynamic and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyze recruitment data, dashboards, trackers, and periodic reports to support decision-making.
• Monitor and follow up on daily recruitment activities, ensuring timely completion of actions and accurate progress reporting.
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and reports
• Utilize recruitment technologies, AI-enabled tools, and HR systems
• Support onboarding and recruitment administration activities
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Currently residing in UAE
• Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience within the UAE
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
• Experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred
• Previous experience within Oil & Gas sectors is highly desirable
• Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference

Contract Type: Outsourced contract, renewable based on business requirements and performance.
